Meet Our Founder

Our founder, Fabio Lazoski began his career in 1994 at Banco Garantia, working alongside 3G Capital leaders. He later joined UBS in 1997, contributing to Brazil’s top-ranked Equity Research team before moving to Banco Pactual in 2001, where he worked with top bankers like Andre Esteves, Roberto Sallouti, Marcelo Kalim, Rodolfo Riechert and Emmanuel Hermann. He also played a key role in over 50 IPOs till 2006.

After establishing equity research sales divisions in New York for Bulltick and Safra, Fabio transitioned to wealth management at Fortune Partners Group (in Tel Aviv and Miami). Here, he managed HNW portfolios, specializing in global unicorn Pre-IPO investments. Since 2020, he has been focused on building a full financial services company and launching hedge funds, leading to the creation of The People’s Crypto.
